Our in-house design and manufacturing capabilities provide reduced lead-times for non-structural components such as plastic shrouds and upholstery items. We maintain these integrated in-house capabilities to control the quality, lead-times and costs of our interior manufacturing and repairs.

Fabrication - Each item fabricated is completed strictly in accordance with FAA Approved methods and/ or Customer Approved data in accordance with 14 CFR FAR 21.303 (d) 2, and receives either an 8130-3 for PMA items and/or an ATA 106 Certificate of Material Conformance for the items we do not hold a specific Parts Manufacturing Approval. In either case, each component is identical to the original in fit, form, and function.

Since 2001, Jet Repair Center, Inc. has been supplying quality interior products for the commercial and military industry. We specialize in crew seat repairs and overhauls, but also produce components such as Plastic Shrouds, Arm Rest Covers, Cushions, Dress Covers, and many other appearance products. In addition to these core services, we also thermoform plastic shrouds for passenger seats to include component repairs such as, end-bays, food tray tables, and arm-rests.
